There has been a fair bit of chatter in recent years about the Seychelles mermaid. A few people have come forward with stories of sightings of mermaids in the Seychelles. Including this first hand account my Tony Wood on the Joe Rogan podcast.
Despite all of these stories, no one can produce any proof, either in the form of photo or video footage. As a result this could end becoming part of folklore like the mystery behind mermaids in Haiti.
